World Porridge Making Championship 2009 The annual World Porridge Making Championships is followed with interest by connoisseurs of the traditional national dish across the globe. This celebration of Scottish culture includes a pipe band parade of judges and competitors, the official Toast to the Porridge, local craft and produce stalls, cookery demonstrations, live music and street entertainment as well as the Carrbridge Challenge 5km & 3km Forest Run and minis fun run.
