Loch Ness hits the big screen

The Loch Ness Monster and the dramatic scenery she makes her home will be elevated to centre stage as Sony's new movie 'The Water Horse ? Legend of the Deep' opens on February 8th.

The film, which is based on the children's novel by Dick King Smith, and features the world famous legend of the Loch Ness Monster, plays on the mystery and secrecy that surrounds the loch. It was partly filmed in Argyll and the Highlands and is a stunning display of what the area has to offer those that want to explore the shores of the famous loch.
